SATS ASA – Update #5 on the temporary closure of clubs

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements “SATS has decided to temporarily close all clubs” on 12 March 2020 and later updates on the temporary closure of clubs from SATS ASA (“the Company”).

SATS is pleased to see that the Danish government now has lifted the imposed lock-down of fitness operators. The Company has today called back employees and will spend the next few days preparing for a reopening in line with the governmental guidelines and the experiences from the reopening in Sweden and Finland, aiming for a safe reopening on June 11.

The Norwegian government has indicated that the imposed lock-down will be lifted on June 15, and SATS is prepared to reopen in a safe and responsible manner on this date.

SATS thus expects to have reopened all clubs in all countries by June 15 and will then be able to offer the full range of products to all members, including the physical club experience, outdoor training and online training.
