Sondre Gravir

Chief Executive Officer

Sondre Gravir has been the Chief Executive Officer of SATS since 2018. Prior to this, he has held several chief executive and other senior management positions. He has held the position as Chief Executive Officer of Schibsted Marketplaces, Executive Vice President of Schibsted Established Markets, as well as Chief Executive Officer of Finn.no, Aftenposten and Bergens Tidende. Gravir also has consultancy experience from his years as a consultant in McKinsey. Further on, Gravir has experience from several Schibsted boards internationally. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA and FINN. Gravir has a business degree (Nw.: Siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) (Nw.: Norges Handelshøyskole). He is a Norwegian citizen, currently residing in Norway. Gravir holds 1,326,237 shares in SATS ASA.

Cecilie Elde

Chief Financial Officer

Cecilie Elde has been the Chief Financial Officer of SATS since 2016. She has a longstanding relationship with the company’s business, and has held the positions as Business Controller, Finance Manager and Vice Chief Financial Officer. Prior to becoming the Chief Financial Officer, Elde held managerial positions in the Norwegian telecommunication companies NetCom and Tele2, including as Head of Finance & Business Analysis at Tele2 Norge. She is currently a member of the board of RevolutionRace AB, a sports clothing company. Elde has a Master’s in Economics from the Norwegian Business School (BI). She is a Norwegian citizen, currently residing in Norway. Elde holds 789,570 shares in SATS ASA.

Gaute Sandal

Chief Digital Officer

Gaute Sandal has been with SATS since 2017, and has served as Business Development Director, Commercial Director and Nordic Customer Journey Director, before he in 2021 was appointed Nordic Director of Consumer, Insight & Technology. Prior to joining SATS, he has held the positions as both Head of marketing and Business Development Director in Arcus. He started his professional career as a management consultant in McKinsey. Sandal does not have any principal activities outside his employment with the company. He has a business degree (Nw.: Siviløkonom) from the Norwegian Business School (BI). He is a Norwegian citizen, currently residing in Norway. Sandal holds 612,648 shares in SATS ASA.

Torodd Gøystdal

Chief People & Operations Officer

Torodd Gøystdal joined SATS in 2022. Prior to joining SATS, he held the position as CEO of Espresso House Norge. Gøystdal started his career in SAS and has served several other senior managerial positions in Deli de Luca and NorgesGruppen ASA. He does not have any principal activities outside his employment with the company. Gøystdal has a business degree Master in Management from Norwegian Business School (BI) and Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) (Nw.: Norges Handelshøyskole). Ellen Marie Vanberg

Chief Product Officer

Ellen Marie Vanberg joined SATS in 2020 and has held roles including Business and Product Development Manager, Group Training Strategy and Portfolio Manager, and Head of Group Training prior to being appointed Chief Product Officer in 2024. Before joining SATS, Vanberg worked for six years as a consultant at Deloitte. She holds a Master’s degree in Science, Finance, and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School. A Norwegian citizen, Vanberg currently resides in Norway and holds179,226 shares in SATS ASA.

Mia Lund Hanusek

Chief Marketing and Communication Officer

Mia Lund Hanusek joined SATS in 2024 following a long-standing professional background in marketing. Prior to this she has held similar positions at Bluestep Bank, MediaMarkt and Indiska and has also experience from management consulting at Lynxeye and McKinsey. She is currently a member of the board of Silva Group AB, an outdoor company. Hanusek holds a Master of Science degree in International Business from School of Business, Economics and Law, at University of Gothenburg. She is a Swedish citizen, currently residing in Sweden. Hanusek holds17,135 shares in SATS ASA.

Wenche Evertsen

Country Manager Norway

Wenche Evertsen has been the Country Manager of SATS Norway since 2020. She has a longstanding relationship with SATS’ business, and has previously held the positions as Operations Support Director, Managing Director and Finance Director, among others. Prior to becoming the Country Manager of Norway, Evertsen held managerial positions in Amesto Solutions and Face2face Design & Communication. She has board experience from Interface Intelligence and Blue Jeans Diplomacy. Evertsen does not have any principal activities outside her employment with the company. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and an Executive Master of Management from the Norwegian Business School (BI). Country Manager Sweden

Karolina Gutke was appointed Country Manager for SATS Sweden in 2023. Prior to joining SATS, she has had a long career in H&M, leading various divisions and brands, through roles such as Managing Director for & Other Stories and Growth Lead for H&M Group in Brazil. Gutke does not have any principal activities outside her employment with the company. She has a master’s degree in economics (Nw.: Siviløkonom) from the Lund University. Aleksi Virkkunen

Country Manager Finland

Aleksi Virkkunen joined SATS in 2024 as Country Manager for SATS Finland (ELIXIA). Prior to becoming the Country Manager of SATS Finland, Virkkunen held the position as Country Manager of Byggmax Finland for nine years. Virkkunen has also held the positions as Store Intensity Manager at Rautakesko, Development Manager at SOK ABC Chain Management, as well as Project Manager and Analyst at Tradeka. Virkkunen holds a Master of Science degree from Helsinki School of Business. He is a Finnish citizen, currently residing in Finland. Virkkunen holds 50,544 shares in SATS ASA.

Thorbjørn Milling

Country Manager Denmark

Thorbjørn Milling was appointed Country Manager for SATS Denmark in 2024, having extensive experience from the fitness industry in both Denmark and Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining SATS, Milling served as the Operations Director for Leejam Sports Group, a leading sports and fitness company in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Before this, Milling was Director of Operations at Fitness World following 14 years in McDonald’s in Denmark, latest as Operations Support Manager.
