Registered share capital increase
Oslo, 15 March 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by SATS ASA (“SATS” or the “Company”) published on 16 February 2022 regarding the successful completion of a private placement of new shares (the “Private Placement”). The Private Placement is divided into two tranches (Tranche 1 and Tranche 2).
On 10 March 2022, an extraordinary general meeting of the Company resolved to allocate and issue the 13,623,662 new shares required for the completion of Tranche 2. The share capital increase pertaining to Tranche 2 has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the new share capital of the Company is NOK 431,473,051.75 divided into 203,046,142 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2.125.
