Acquisition of the minority interest in SATS Grenland AS

SATS ASA (“the Company”) announces that the acquisition of the shares in SATS Grenland AS held by the minority shareholders, cf. section 14.5.2 of the prospectus published in connection with the Company’s initial public offering and listing of its shares on Oslo Børs, has been completed today.

The acquisition will not have any P&L effect, as SATS Grenland AS is already consolidated into the financial statements.
