Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements related to the club
closures published on 6 November, 9 November and 26 November from SATS ASA ("the
Company").<br />

SATS continues to follow local authorities' advices on how to act. The Danish
government has today imposed a lock-down of all fitness clubs in 38 selected
municipalities with effect from 9 December 2020 to 3 January 2021. The Company
will thus close all 30 clubs in Denmark in the period.<br />
<br />
Ullensaker and Bergen municipalities in Norway have, on the other hand, lifted
the imposed lock-downs, and SATS' 12 clubs in these two municipalities have now
reopened in a safe and controlled manner.<br />
<br />
SATS is more than ready to reopen the clubs in Norway and Denmark again when
allowed by the authorities, and to continue contributing to improving the public
health.<br />
