Reference is made to the share repurchase program described in the stock
exchange announcement published by SATS ASA ("SATS" or the "Company") on 1
October 2020 regarding the Company's decision to buy back up to 1,100,000 own
shares under the share repurchase program.
SATS ASA has on 29 October purchased 58’000 own shares at an average price of
15.7932 NOK per share. After this, SATS ASA owns a total of 938’624 own shares.
The shares will be used in connection with the Company's share investment
program for the executive management as further described in the aforementioned
announcement.
