Reference is made to SATS ASA's stock exchange announcement on June 15, 2023,
regarding the board of directors' resolution to increase the share capital in
connection with delivery of new shares to senior executives and certain other
key employees under the new share investment program.
The share capital increase of NOK 3,502,947.75 pertaining to the issuance of
1,648,446 new shares under the new share investment program has today been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret).
The new share capital of SATS ASA is NOK 434,975,999.50, divided into
204,694,588 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2.125. Upon registration in
Euronext Securities Oslo (CSD), the new shares will be listed on the Oslo Stock
Exchange.
