SATS ASA: Minutes from the Annual General Meeting

Today the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in SATS ASA was held at the Company's
offices in Oslo, Norway. All proposed resolutions were approved with a minimum
of 94.51% of the votes, including the approval of the annual financial group
