SATS ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

The CEO of SATS ASA (the "Company"), Sondre Gravir, has reorganized his indirect holding of shares in the Company by transferring certain shares between his wholly-owned companies, Gravir Holding AS and Gravir Invest AS. There has been no change in Gravir's indirect shareholding in the Company as a result of the transactions.
