through her wholly owned company MM&I Holding AB disposed 6 600 shares in SATS
ASA (the "Company") at a price of NOK 25.00. One share was sold yesterday, and 6
599 shares were sold today, all at a price of NOK25.00. Following the
transactions, Cederroth holds 28 682 shares in SATS ASA, in addition to the
shares held by her in SATS Management Invest AS, which owns 8 651 488 shares in
the Company, corresponding to approximately 5.0% of the shares in the Company.
