The Board of Directors of SATS ASA has proposed to pay out a cash dividend of NOK 0.67 per share, pending approval by an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on March 3, 2026. For Norwegian tax-purposes, the dividend is considered repayment of paid-in capital.
