Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 11 November 2021 published by
SATS ASA (the "Company"), regarding the implementation of the new share
investment programme (the "Investment Programme")for all employees of the
company and its subsidiaries (except the executive management).
The Company has extended the application period under the Investment Programme
to expire on 22 November 2021 at 10:00 CET.
