Nomination Committee

SATS ASA has a Nomination Committee elected by the General Meeting. Information about the members of the Nomination Committee, including names and roles, is available below. Contact details for the Chair of the Nomination Committee are also provided on this page.

The members of the Board of Directors and the Nomination Committee will next be up for election at the Annual General Meeting in 2027.

Shareholders are entitled to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee regarding candidates for election to the Board of Directors and other positions for which the Nomination Committee prepares recommendations. Proposals may be submitted electronically using the contact information provided below.

In order for proposals to be considered in connection with the Nomination Committee’s work ahead of the next Annual General Meeting, shareholders are requested to submit proposals by 31 January 2027. Proposals received after this date may be considered at a later stage.

Erik Thorsen

Chair of the Nomination Committee

Erik Thorsen has extensive board experience from listed and unlisted companies and is a strategic advisor for several international companies. He has solid management experience, having previously been the CEO of the solar energy company REC Group for four years and the CEO of the industrial company Tomra for nine years. He has an MBA and an International Finance and Marketing degree from Karlstad University.
Erik Thorsen does not own any shares in the Company. He is independent of the members of the Company’s board of directors and the executive management.
