SATS ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

On 10 December 2020, SATS Management Invest AS (“SMI”) transferred 444,545 shares in SATS ASA (the “Company”) to HFN Group AS (“HFN”) as partial repayment of loans granted by HFN to SMI. The repayment is based on a price per share of NOK 17.81, which is equal to the volume-weighted average price of the Company’s shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange in the period from 4 November 2020 to (and including) 12 November 2020. Following the transaction, HFN holds 444,545 shares in the Company.

HFN is close associate of AF III HoldCo AS, which is represented on the Company’s board of directors by Hugo Lund Maurstad.
